Sitting in the cat posture take the arms out and around before joining the palms above head to bring them down and place in front on the floor. Stretch the body by shifting weight on to the arms, push off the left leg and stretch the right leg up keeping the left bent and pass through a hand stand by taking the chest towards the floor. Lie down with the right leg stretched out on the floor while the left knee is bent and the body is arched back. Go into the horse posture.
