Stamp the right foot in front and lift the left knee up while the arms are stretched forward and out in a circular path to cross in front of the chest. Run a few steps back, turn on the left leg and advance a few steps before taking off from the right foot with a half turn in the air to do a hitch kick with the right leg keeping the left knee up. Land on the left leg, take the the right foot back and sit erect on it while keeping the left leg stretched in front.
