Lunge into the horse posture with the left leg in front, take the right arm around the head keeping the left on the chest. Bring the torso between the legs keeping the arms in front of the chest, do a full turn shifting the weight on to the right leg and sliding the left foot with the hands indicating the direction of the movement and the torso following it. Slide the right foot back to assume a split position on the floor resting the forehead on the left knee.
