Step forward on to the right foot and take off from it lifting the left knee up. Flick the right leg up and out towards the opponent's right temple, while striking his left temple with the grip end of the stick . As you land, strike the opponent's right temple with the tip of the stick closer to your left hand. Take a long step back with the right leg to lunge on the left and defend the incoming strike towards the left ankle by pushing the stick diagonally forward.
