Step forward with your right leg and strike towards the opponent's left temple. He defends himself by stepping back with his right leg and holding onto your right arm with his left hand. He then gets hold of your waist with his right hand. With his right leg he steps behind you. He locks you from behind and tries to throw you off over himself. Escape by doing a back flip. The opponent pushes you down onto the floor holding your right wrist with his left hand and coming into a long stance.
