The opponent strikes towards your head with his right hand. Move away and go behind him to escape. Hold his right hand with your right hand and lock him from behind. Hold him across the neck and try pulling him down. He holds you across your waist and you pull him back over you. He forces you to arch back and lifts you trying to pull you back over him. You land making him arch back. Push him forward, he does a front hand spring while you do a back spring, both landing in the crouched position.
